It’s time to pull back the curtain on business and expose it for what it really is: the most powerful force for good that exists in modern society. Yet over the years, we’ve forgotten. We’ve come to confuse business with war, endlessly fighting to capture customers and crush competitors. This causes great suffering and does not improve results.
The good news is that’s changing as we finally see the truth: business does better with love. As a result, more and more companies are joining what I call the Amare Wave (amare means love in Latin)—uplifting business by putting the power of love to work, while outperforming competition stuck in the old, warlike paradigm.
